Pastor Byerly

Still known as "Coach Byerly" to many in the community, Pastor Byerly has been the Senior Pastor at Sunset Avenue Church of God in Asheboro, NC for over 25 years. He formerly taught math and coached football at Asheboro High School, and he still leads like a coach! His commitment to discipling the fellowship of Sunset Avenue Church of God and impacting the surrounding community is evident in all he does. He has been married to his wife Wanda for 39 years. They have two daughters, Tiffany, who is a doctor working in Charlotte, NC and Danielle, who is the Outreach/Connections Director here at Sunset Avenue.
