Pastor Matt

Matt serves as the Music and Discipleship Pastor. He and his family moved to Asheboro in 2009, from the Chattanooga, Tennessee area where he was serving at Temple of Praise Church of God in Rossville, Georgia. Matt has led worship in numerous venues across the United States, Cuba, and Trinidad, Tobago throughout his career. He is married to his wife, Gayle, who he met while attending Lee University where they both majored in Christian Education. He and Gayle together lead our Transit Young Adults Ministry.  They have two children, Mathias and Grady.
